Users are able to view protected video files using Egnyte.

Note: If the administrator chooses to add geofencing during encryption, the viewers need to provide permissions to Anchor to access their location when prompted by the browser.
Egnyte Web
Users can access Egnyte using the web interface.

Step 1: Depending on your configuration, Anchor files may or may not be set up to have a ".da." If so, select a “.da” file. If not, select any file that is protected. In the options presented, please select 'Open with Anchor.'
Step 2: Anchor securely opens the file for viewing in a new browser tab with its native viewer.
Egnyte Connect
Users with Egnyte Connect (Z drive) will have access to files on their endpoint machines. This will allow for native consumption of protected content.
How to View Protected Video Files Using Egnyte Connect.
Step 1: Go to your Egnyte Connect shared folder. Right click on a video file and select 'Open with Anchor' (highlighted).
Step 2: You will be redirected to a new browser tab where you can view the video.
